Despite the unfortunate stomach upset, I appreciated the staff's kindness and support during our stay. The evenings on the balcony watching local life made it a unique experience.

The rooms are severely lacking in basic furnishings and amenities!!! A tiny bathroom with no countertop space and inadequate storage drives me nuts!!! Also, neglect at check-in and luggage delivery shows a need for better management!!!

I had a great experience, enjoying the delicious breakfast spread and the fun rooftop pool vibes. The bar served an amazing Seducción cocktail that was a highlight of our stay! I'd definitely return for another visit.

Our family enjoyed a memorable 4-night holiday filled with fun activities. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay special. Don't miss the delicious local dishes at the onsite restaurant! For families, though, consider exploring pools at later hours when it's less crowded. We had a great experience overall.

Had an awesome time relaxing by the rooftop pool and enjoying some delicious meals at the restaurant, which were all reasonably priced. The outdoor swimming pool also provided a great spot to cool off after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! ☀️

It was a balanced option for a little getaway in San Andres with definitely value for money. The pool was small but charming, perfect for a quick dip after a long day. If you need peace, try to avoid rooms near the main road.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and downtown. The pool area is stunning, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection. Kudos to the manager who resolved a minor issue with my room quickly. Definitely recommend it for a great stay!

The hotel had beautiful tropical decorations, creating a warm atmosphere. The spacious common areas were easily accessible, making it convenient for seniors like me to relax and enjoy. I also appreciated the attentive staff who were always ready to assist.
